We hire rarely - and deliberately.

Interconnekt is a small, senior team. We don’t run growth-oriented pipelines or grad programs. When we hire, we’re usually looking for a specific capability we don’t have yet - and we tend to know the person before we post the role.

Depth over breadth

We'd rather hire a senior engineer who's done five deployments well than a generalist who's skimmed fifty. If you're opinionated about the work, we want to hear from you.

Customer-facing comfort

Everyone on the team talks to customers - there are no layers between engineers and the people they look after. If that's the kind of work you want, it's the kind of work we do.

Pragmatic over fashionable

We pick boring, proven tools. We run Microsoft-ecosystem stacks. We don't chase hype cycles. If that rhythm suits you, you'll fit well here.
